Hey friends! As changes upon changes sweep through my life I have added one more: my blog is now going to be embedded in the website at Valley Ayurveda. Just go to the main page and click on “blog” across the top to get my latest blog entries. We are setting up an RSS feed and comment section there so you can follow and comment the same as you did here.
